Affiliate Academy Terms of Service

This Affiliate Academy Terms of Service ("Agreement") is made effective as of 01/16/25, by and between Affiliate Academy ("Coach") and [Client Name] ("Client").

Recitals

1. Coach’s Expertise
   The Coach possesses specialized skills and experience in affiliate marketing.

2. Client’s Objectives
   The Client seeks to engage the Coach's services to build a sustainable income through affiliate marketing by following the Coach’s guidance and participating in the coaching program.

Agreement Terms

1. Scope of Services

The Coach will provide comprehensive affiliate marketing consulting services, which include but are not limited to:

• Personalized coaching sessions.

• Guidance on finding viral products.

• Optimization of social media pages.

• Advice on curating viral content.

• Online video sessions and telephonic consultations.

• Digital communication via messaging platforms.

2. Client Commitments

The Client agrees to fully engage in the coaching process by adhering to the following commitments:
a. Complete 100% of the course material.
b. Actively participate in the community to achieve success.
c. Commit to at least 90 days in the program.
d. If unable to attend live calls due to time zone differences or other reasons, watch all recorded calls to stay on track.

3. Coach Deliverables

The Coach commits to delivering the following:
a. Comprehensive educational modules, including:

• Video lessons.

• Written materials.

• Exercises tailored to affiliate marketing success.
  b. Regularly scheduled weekly coaching calls to provide support, answer questions, and facilitate discussions.
  c. Timely, personalized feedback and insights via telephonic or messaging communication.

4. Termination of Agreement

1. No Refund Policy

   • Affiliate Academy operates under a strict no-refund policy. Coaching hours and placements require significant time and resources, making refunds impractical.

   • A no-refund policy encourages accountability and prevents the Client from backing out of their business venture prematurely.

   • This policy is designed to support the Client’s success by eliminating the mindset of quitting when challenges arise.

2. Breach of Commitment

   • If the Client fails to meet the commitment terms, Affiliate Academy reserves the right to terminate services.

   • Legal action may be pursued to recover damages caused to the business.

5. Entire Agreement

1. Comprehensive Understanding

   • This Agreement, including all referenced exhibits, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter herein.

   • It supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Amendments

   • Any amendment, change, or modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties.

By signing this Agreement, both Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
